I bought a new computer component from Amazon UK. After 2 months it developed a fault meaning that my computer intermittently does not boot up.
I spoke on-line with 'San Disk' support who agreed that it appears to be faulty and is covered under their warranty.
However for repair/replacement I must return it to the Czech Republic at my expense.
My question is - Should they provide a UK address for returns as it was bought from Amazon UK. Or are they within their rights to have me send it off to the Czech Republic.
Any advice appreciated
