I am new to this forum and not sure I have come to right place or not.. If not can anyone point me to the right forum so that I get the right answers please...

I ma 34 years old and have recently just passed my driving test so now I am looking into buying my very first car.. But with so many out there I need some help trying to find the right one.. I know that I am brand new driver so my insurance is going to be quite high for the first year until I am established...
But I am trying to find a second hand car that will be cheap on insurance..
Can anyone help please??
I am looking at the fiat punto's at the mo.. But I am not sure if they are a good car or not..
The amount of insurance that I am hoping to pay is about £160-£180 per month...
