which is the better tv?

hey all,
im wondering what people opinions are of 2 different T.Vs, its a toss-up between the SONY BRAVIA KDL43W807CSU smart 3D 43" LED TV which i have found on a site with 10% off or the other in question is the TOSHIBA 48U7653DB ultra HD 48" TV which also has 10% off and is £20 cheaper.
