Hi i bought a camcorder from Argos today which they described both in they're catalogue and online as being "Full HD 1080p" but when i got it home i realised that it's actually only 720p.
I have sent them an e-mail but have yet to hear back from them.
Am i entitled to a full refund even though they told me the product is "Exempt from 30 Day Guarantee"?
