Hi, my question is, what are my rights with regards to having something designed online? A person designed me a logo, after a while my partner said she didnt like it, the designer said, "no problems" , "I wont stop until you are happy", however, she has stopped, we asked for our money back and she and is now saying that she does not have to do it as becasue its custom made & personalised item, however, i believe she is right if there was a tangible, physical item such as a jumper or tea cosy, but i dont thnik she can claim this if its intangible such as a computer graphic (as this is what the logo will be) .. am i correct in thinking this..??
