I bought a new vauxhall car when i went to look at it the sales man said that all their new cars came with a body protection pack included when i signed the order form i saw that it was not included it was an opptional extra i felt i had totally been miss lead it was i thought a sneaky way of selling you something that you might not want to buy then on part of the order form the figures were listed they were net of v a t but it did not say that then in the main figure section which i did not notice at the time this pack was plus v a t i am not happy at all i spoke to the main manager he did addmit the sales person should of said it was only cars on site that had the body pack on them in my opinion because my car was not on site i should of been told that it was an opptioal extra but i was not i spoke to the manager again but all he says is you signed the order form does any one think i have a come back on them .harvey
