New home problems

hi I'm new and also new to computers, I purchased a brand new home in May2010 and have lots of problems, don't know if I can say too much as I have a Solicitor on the case, but I've read lots of complaints from unhappy home buyers with the same problems I just wanted to know if any one has used the same builders "keepmoat ltd.

I have moved your post to a new thread of its own where people with similar problems can find it easily.

I have had a search round t'interweb and to be honest, can find very few complaints about them, they seem to do quite well as far as customer satisfaction is concerned.

Hopefully your solicitor will sort this for you.

Hi it's me again Iv'e just seen an article that said they were not issued with a CERTIFICATE OF HABITATION and that it's breach of contract,should new home buyers have this certificate I would appreciate any feed back please as I don't have either, Thanks
