Hi there. I'd like some advice on where I stand with returning a pair of shoes. I bought a pair of sandals for my 3 y.o. daughter just over a week ago and she's worn them on about 3 occasions. Although they were fine after the first few hours of wear, they have subsequently really hurt her feet causing bleeding heels and tops of her feet. I would really like to return them as they are completely unwearable but I don't know where I stand with my rights on this issue as technically they are not faulty.
Any advice you could give me would be appreciated.
