I bought some wall panels and trims for my kitchen. On the website the colour is Storm Grey. I have included pics from the website and one I took of what arrived.
I sent an email to the company to tell them that the panels I was sent are white not grey and that I wanted to return and get a refund.
They are saying that I can send them back myself or pay £30 for them to pick up. They are 2.6 metres long so it would be awkward to arrange for a delivery myself.
They also say they charge 50% as a handling charge which I find ridiculous as their product is not as show on the website.
Does anyone have any advice? They arrived Friday and I sent an email today.
