Hi

I purchased a Gas oven from my Local Store i collected it Myself in My Car.
I Did not Check the oven for Damaged when i collected it

on Arriving Home I unboxed it and the next day Had it installed by my Local gas fitter

after Using it for a couple of Days i noticed Some dents on the Side

I have been Informed by the Manufacturer That the Sides can not be replaced.

I have Contacted the Shop And they Say because The Cooker Has been installed And Used It Can Not be replaced because of the Dents

am i entitled to a replacement

The shop are wrong any faults or damage in the first six months are assumed to be present at the time of delivery. It is for the shop to prove otherwise. The side panel may not be replaceable, but the shop can try to repair it. If a repair is not possible then it can be replaced.

I hope this helps and let us know how you get on

Kind regards,

Tony
