Hi all can anyone help I've had two parcels delivered by parcel force through senditnow and dispite both being wrapped really well and stickers saying stack this way fragile they have both been dented where they have thrown on edges
I got in touch and they refer to t&c it's not excluded item just they won't pay compo on them surely they have duty of care once in there possession they wouldn't even wait for it to be checked
