Hi all this is my first post please dont get on to me if i am in the wrong section.

Could someone help with my question, i sent off 2 seperate s.a.rs and the paperwork they returned didnt include the default letters, was wondering if i can get rid of them as i dont remember getting them .

An SAR will only produce the information they hold digitally and default letters may not be saved, they probably just mailmerge a batch of them but the dates they were sent should be on the electronic records.

Not sure what you mean by 'get rid of them'? If you want them removing from your record with the credit reference agencies, they will only do so on the word of the creditor, not an easy task to accomplish
