Hello
I purchased a brand new 49cc motorcycle from a local dealer. I used all the money i had to buy it and within a week the indicators had stopped working. it took them a week to take it in and repair it and within 4 days the indicators had stopped working again. i contacted them and they told me that they couldn't pick it up at the moment and had no idea when they could. they suggested i drive it up to them without working indicators, which is illegal. he was rude to me on the phone. i haven't even had the bike a month and cannot afford to go back on buses until they decide to come and get it and repair it. can i ask for my money back?
many thanks

Debtors retreat
If they are not willing to repair it within a reasonable time and minimum inconvenience to you then yes, you can return it to them, within this timescale, the bike obviously isn't fit for purpose
