My daughter bought a Freelander from a dealer last Wednesday, 31st July,
When it was test driven a noise was heard coming from the rear on occasions,
the dealer thought it was probably just a worn bush and not to costly to repair so my daughter bought the car. On having it inspected by a Landrover specialist it turns out to be the IRD unit with a repair cost of £900 plus labour plus VAT. What rights does she have with the dealer in respect of returning the car for a refund or the dealer covering the cost of the repair?
