I purchased a fridge/freezer over a month a ago, when it turned up it was the wrong model. They could not guarantee that they could deliver the correct model, so I got a refund and they agreed to pick it up while I ordered from another supplier.
I received a letter informing me they would pick up the fridge but it was never attempted and its been over a month now.
I have called them to ask for it to be picked up but no attempts have been made, what can I do? It's huge and taking up so much space in my house.
