Ordered a Settee from Harveys , paid cash, my husband signed for it even though it is in my name. When it arrived the colour is wrong, we refused delivery. Looked at my Receipt and it does not have anywhere on it regarding the colour. Harveys say we are wrong they are right. What are my rights on this.
