I bough Ashmore sofa from Harveys and delivery got delayed due to covid 19. I ordered it longer dude on my right hand side and thee was some breakdown in communication and it was delivered other way around. I can't keep in my room as it does not fit. Store was just opened yesterday and went there to get it swapped with other one. I selected some thing double price from previous one. Harveys are in the process of coding down and refused to do snything . I felt so devasted that they were so unsupportive. I been there customer from March and things were delivered so late due to lockdown . In there first day of opening the store they changed all policies and procedures and there is no return policy . I will never buy anything from Benson for beds who took over from Harveys .
