I bought a special collar for my cat who was hit by a car, resulting in leg amputation. The collar was from Amazon and description stated for use after surgery to stop biting and licking. I put it on him the evening it arrived and next morning he had pulled stitches out, resulting in visit to vets who had to sedate him and put staples in, with a bill for £167. I messaged the seller and Amazon stating what happened. The seller would only refund cost of item and Amazon said as gesture of goodwill, would give a £50 voucher. What rights do I have for refund of vet bill please?
