3 weeks ago I purchased a fabric corner unit and chair to match. They are so uncomfortable both my husband and myself are suffering from numbness in our bottoms and the cushions go flat very quickly I am plumping them up constantly we are now both complaining of backache. It is not on hire purchase we paid cash £1454. I have rang the customer service centre and they are sending a technician out on the 16th. I have told them I want an exchange am I within my rights.
