We bought a Holbrook kitchen from Howdens two years ago. Twelve cupboard doors have swollen and are coming away from the frame. We contacted Howdens last November and they forgot about us for three months, something they have not apologised for. We contacted them again in February and someone from head office came out. His report is a white wash and full of inaccuracies, for example he has included a picture of a white washing machine with rust on it, supposedly showing that out kitchen is damp ,BUT our washing machine is actually black!! We are getting nowhere fast with our complaint and our next stop is trading standards. DO NOT BUY FROM HOWDENS.
