can anybody help me please.
I purchased a DM-800 (satellite received)on 20/10/2008 from hm-sat.de. (Germany)On 12/07/2009 it was
faulty(not working), On 15/07/2009 I sent my DM-800 to hm-sat.de to be
repaired as promised by them by email.
hm-sat they eventually after 1 month returned the DM-800 back to me
the 17/08/2009 saying it was all repaired and working normally
ITS STILL NOT WORKING AND STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM
Hm-sat have been in contact with me and have said to send the DM-800 back to them (2nd time)
This DM-800 cost me 487euros NOT CHEAP, and only 9 months old.
I send this machine to hm-sat to be repair and till now .they don't answer my email . i cant contact with them by phone always busy or a message tell me this's a fault.
please i don't know what to do.
how can I get my money back if they refuse to talk to me.....?
