Locked out of Facebook

Hello,

I have somehow become locked out of my Facebook page - I can’t access the email account I used to set it up and didn’t assign a phone number.

I can’t find out how to contact Facebook either - any idea much appreciated

I give up - I can't get through to Facebook on the phone, been trying for hours and hours and hours... so upset.

You can recover your account by your given email.
but why you locked by FB.
have you done any illegal activity?
