By the way this does not apply to me, just want to know legal situation. How long do you have to disclose DR10 drink driving conviction to motor insurers? I thought 5 years as per rehabilitation of offenders act, though some say 10 years. Endorsement on licence for 11 years. I just want the legal black and white answer. Again, does not apply to me but more to settle an argument.
