The one time i decided to look at my itemised Vodafone pay-monthly mobile bill I found an 'account adjustment charge' of £17 that should not be there- for an international call package that I specifically declined to take up after a short trial period a few months back. Naughty Vodafone had continued to charge me for it despite me telling them to stop it.
