Hi, I have just discovered and joined this forum hoping I can get some advice on an item I recently bought.

I bought a ring for £3,000 it was new reduced from £5,000 it was bought December just had an independent valuation and it came to £500 I want my money back as shop told me it would be a good investment the shop isn't having any of it where do I stand I wasn't told the clarity wasn't good
