We are in the pocess of a dispute with this company. They do plasma screen advertising.

We are on our final letter before debt collection. We brought our company in March 2014 with no knowledge that this contract\advertising existed. It was set-up with the previous owner.

Its only now that they are chasing money for the 3rd year.

Yet all payment schedules and agreements state its a 2 year contract. They have written back to us to state the length of the contract is "minimum 2 years\maximum 3 years". So they want nearly £1k for it - as per terms of agreement.

Surely that cant be a legal thing? Not to actually state the length as 2 or 3 years??

HELP - ANYONE WHO HAS FOUGHT ON SCREEN MEDIA AND WON OR LOST ETC - PLEASE CONTACT ME - THIS BUSINESS BEHAVIOUR NEEDS TO STOP!
