I'm having real problems with these guys. My kids live overseas and decided to send my wife a hamper for her birthday based on a pretty professional looking web-site with high Google Ratings, links to Barnardo's charity, glowing feedback on Facebook. OK, I know, the innocence of youth. This was at the start of December last year. But then, Prestige Flowers (owned by Prestige Gifting now based in Halifax) don't even bother to send out the gift. Then they say will refund. Checked a few days ago and no refund. They respond saying they have. We check and they haven't. So now it's off to the small claims court I suppose... but from some of the feedback that isn't swamped by their 'paid-for' supporters, this is not an isolated experience. They really do seem to be scamming a lot of people. Any other experience out there?
