Good morning I have got. A blackberry torch on contract I have had it 5 months it has started to freeze got to SOS only so I have to turn my phone off then on again for it to return to normal and it has told me to do a important update now 3 times and when done it has took me right back to a new phone welcoming me and wiping all my blackberry contacts off would I be in my right to cancel or ask for a new contract with these faults please help x thank you
