What a great idea Tom. I wouldn't have ever thought of that. It sounds like a good way to make a little extra cash. I've seen the used section on Amazon, but never thought of adding my own books. Thanks for the suggestion.

My local bookshop only buys book for 50 cent each, even if they are in mint condition

My experience of selling books online is that if hey're not hardback or educational then demand is low and people will buy for very little - with the advent of kindle and the like I think second hand books have all but lost their value. One area that does seeem to do well though is cookery books - especially 'bible' style cookery books.
