Sofology Sofa Complaint

I’m having a nightmare with sofology.i purchased there bergamo 3 seater and chair April 17 after a while I noticed sagging arm rest missing padding poor stitching. They sent a repair man who said it was six hours work I refused and was offered 10% of purchase price back if I accepted repairs I refused and on 11/11/17 I received new sofa and chair. After a while I realised chair was becoming so uncomfortable. I contacted sofology on 16/01/18 they replied on 2/04/18 after been given the run around they sent repair guy again he’s said sofology have sent him as a good will gesture to SHOVE TWO PIECES OF FOAM UNDER NETTING. I was not at home at the time when I got home and seen what he had done I was fuming. I’ve lost count on the amount of emails and calls I’ve made . When I say calls I mean when they actually answer . I’ve just now requested a refund . Has anyone else had a similar problem with sofology? Sorry about spelling and punctuation
