Hi All
I,m new, so bear with me.
PLEASE can someone help!!!

I have TALKTALK broadband and phone,
My download speed is (GULP) 0.68

Can,t get them to do ANYTHING....
Helpline in India, I,m in Wales!!! Communication problems..
HOW do I find out WHEN my contract ends.
I,m paying for an abysmal sevice.
HELP!!!!!!!!

This might be down to your local area speed and your distance from the lovely green box :D
When I used to live in Wales, part of my street couldn't even get Internet, we had 2.2 download and 0.1 upload.
How have you checked your speed? What time did you check? We're other devices using the Internet at the same time? What type of Internet have you got? Have you followed troubleshooting that talk talk provide - such as (if you have a wireless router) changing the channels etc?

Best way to check whether it is their service or not is to ask a neighbour who is with another service supplier ( but not Virgin) what speed they are getting
