Paid a deposit and company turned up,took 2poly panels off roof of conservatory and tried to fit new panel ,not able too so they put back old panel and walked off job without consulting us and put their stuff back into van and drove off. Poly panel has not been put back on as it was before and it has left part of the seal showing . Contacted them and had excuses .prior to this they let us down and made excuses about van and panels missing and damaged ones that had to be sent back to a company they used He says he can’t pay deposit back until 14 days if he does not pay up then what are our rights on this matter
