Hey, I recently lost my phone..and to my shock vodafone told me my insurance had been canceled back in September 2013.. I have always paid insurance and was fuming..they told me it's because I had multiple claims..I was never informed of this cancelation otherwise I would have taken up 3rd party insurance so I'm fuming!
So vodafone have..
A. Sold me a new contract in July with insurance being the main part of me accepting it, then they've taken it away after 2 months, and I'm on a 24 month contract, I believe I have been miss sold this plan!
B. I have not received any knowledge or notification about the cancelation!
C. there is nothing in the terms and conditions about this
Both vodafone and ace insurance have tried to fob me off, vodafone aren't accepting any responsibility, they have not called me back when they say would get a manager to call me!
And I don't believe a word ace say!!
Can someone please help or give me some advice, many thanks
