Hi we purchased a second hand car in oct 2013 with a 1 year warranty. The warranty paperwork is through a company called "Customer Protect". The dealer told us to contact them with any warranty problems. Our car has developed a fault. We have just contacted them only to be told that the warranty aggreement is between ourselves and the company who sold the vechile, and that car dealer is no-longer trading so there is nothing they can do.
So so so cross and we have been completley shafted. Has anyone else had a similar problems or can offer any advise. Thanks in adance
