I ordered roasting tins from the Aga cookshop for use in my aga. I measured the existing tins and checked the size. I placed the order for two tins advertised as 33cms x 23 cms. When tins arrived they measured they measure 35cms x 24cms. They do not fit into the aga together. I have contacted the cookshop and they said I have to pay the return postage which is in excess of £13.00. I am upset because the tins have clearly been advertised and marketed at a different size. Also purchasing from an online aga cookshop I expected the products they sell to be suitable for use in the aga. Do I have any argument to claim a refund and free return postage. Any help advice would be appreciated
