This may be of related interest but some characters who were involved with NGM have just been disqualified as directors. Garry O'loughlin was the MD of Club Media Systems but also CMS Media and CMS (AV). Looks like they were based in the same building. Garry O'loughlin was disqualified for 6 years!

Has anyone actually won a case or protested against paying? What was the outcome?

We are on our final letter before debt collection. We brought the company with no knowledge of this contract. Its only now that they are chasing money for the 3rd year. Yet all payment schedules are over 2 years. They have written back to us to state the length of the contract is minimum 2 years\maximum 3 years. Surely that cant be a legal thing? Not to actually state the length as 2 or 3??

HELP - ANYONE WHO HAS FOUGHT ON SCREEN MEDIA AND WON OR LOST ETC - PLEASE CONTACT ME - THIS BUSINESS BEHAVIOUR NEEDS TO STOP!
