I purchased a combi boiler in nov 06 and it was supplied and installed by british gas, from day 1 the boiler has been a problem, BG have been out to try to fix the problems for the last 2 years, they have just before christmas admitted defeat handed the problem over to the manufactures (Vaillant) they have also said they cannot fix it and will be sending out a manager to look at it in the next week or so, I have asked both BG and Vaillant engineers if it was possible to have a complete replacement and got the no as they will try to repair it answer.
The boiler is under warranty till 2011 and the manufacture guarantee ran out dec 08.
Where do I stand with my rights to demand a replacement as I have paid a lot of money for something that has and is not doing the required job?
